Software, AI and Automation

Most advisory firms stop at the recommendation. T Advisors also builds. The same people who assess an operating model can design the system that fixes it, ship it, and keep it running, which means the advice is written by people who will have to live with it.

The work is ordinary production software. Multi-tenant platforms with real access control and per-customer data isolation, containerized and deployed on a repeatable pipeline, with tests, monitoring and a migration path. Not prototypes, and not a slide deck describing a prototype.

Where AI earns its place, it is used: routing and classifying work that used to sit in someone's inbox, turning unstructured documents and invoices into structured data, conversational agents that handle live calls and hand off cleanly to a person. AI is also used heavily in the build itself, which is a large part of why a small team ships at the pace it does. Where a deterministic rule is cheaper and more predictable than a model, the rule wins, and the writeup says so.

Integration is usually the hard part, and it is the part the firm has done most: bridging a new platform into the phone system, the billing stack, the CRM, the ticketing tool and the data warehouse a business already runs on, without asking it to throw any of that away.
