Plumbing Supply and Distributor is one of the leading independent plumbing supply distributors in Florida, with six locations, each carrying a designer showroom, a contractor counter and a stocking warehouse. It came to T Advisors for a technical analysis of a growing business, and now takes connectivity, voice, network security and desktop management from a single provider.
The challenge
Plumbing Supply and Distributor was growing, and its telephony, network, security and desktop environment all had to grow with it. Rather than tackle them one at a time, the company asked T Advisors to assess all four together across every location.
The company made one decision early that shaped the entire project: use a single provider for everything, rather than pick the best vendor in each category and manage them separately.
